cancellation policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not reschedule an appointment, you may be preventing another client from receiving their reading at an optimal time. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to reschedule and we are unable to schedule you for a service, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. If an appointment is not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged an addition fifteen dollar ($15) rebooking fee; this is non-negotiable and services booked are non-refundable.

We also understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other clients on their scheduled times. If a client is 20 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.

We will require that clients with unpaid late-fee balances do pay their account balances to zero prior to receiving further services.

Please also note that if classes are missed, you will not be refunded. You can speak to a representative to discuss alternative class options.
